Evaluation Criteria

Seed Stage

For start-ups we need a general description of their business and industry they plan to operate in, understanding of why they qualify to make it successful and founders’ bio. We can work with founders to develop a proper business plan and evaluate a path forward once we agree to work together.

Growth Stage

For companies that are operational and need funds and advice to scale, please, share a P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, business and industry description, founders and management team bio(s) and company needs. We will work together to develop a plan and either fund the company or help to find other relevant investors.

Confidentiality

We do not share any of info without founders’ consent with third parties. We treat confidentiality seriously. However, as is the case with all other venture firms, we do not sign NDAs.
